We opened in June, 2009 as Rochester, NY's first and only dedicated gluten free/peanut-free bakery and baking facility.  We make gluten free baked goods with a traditional taste and texture. We also offer many dairy and soy free options as well!

We supply GF baked goods to Rochester's finest restaurants, cafes, stores and more, as well as direct to the public.

Our products range from wedding cakes to bread crumbs and croutons, and everything in between. We sell directly from our bakery and through a great group of partner businesses  (PARTNER INQUIRIES WELCOMED)!

Both bakeries will be closed the week of July 4th.We will be closed starting June 30th and we'll reopen July 9th. During the break, we will be unable to reply to calls or emails. If you'd like to place orders for the week we reopen, (July 9th through the 13th, or beyond), please reach out to us anytime before June 30th and we'll be happy to help you.
