The whole family, adults & children enjoyed the delicious cake. It was flavorful, light and moist. She hopes to move back to the area in the future and will become a frequent visitor to your bakery. Thanks again You made her b'day so special

Kristin said: July 9th, 2012 4:23 pm WOW! I am amazed. I was diagnosed with celiac disease about a year and a half ago. I was always a HUGE baker and have struggled to find satisfying ways to bake GF and eat prepared GF foods without feeling like I am compromising on taste and/or texture. I just tried your baked goods for the first time.. carrot cake, cookies, oat bread, sandwich rolls... I forgot I was eating GF and was waiting to feel sick the next morning. I have been eating your baked goods for 4 days now and I feel great! Your creations are so delicious, moist, light and fluffy.. not crumbly or dry, no aftertaste or odd flavors. Just simply delicious!! Thank you for what you do... it is truly appreciated.

Mary Shurts said: August 6th, 2011 12:25 am We were visiting with friends, and I was amazed that they provided me with gluten free desserts. I asked where she got them, and she showed me your brochure. I coldn't believe how fantastic everything was...the snickerdoodles, molasses cookies and vanilla cupcakes. An added bonus was that they were also nut free which was needed for my granddaughter. Wish I lived closer to you!

Linda Zirgulis said: July 19th, 2011 11:26 am Met you at Lori's GF Tasting in May. Great products. We definitely need a GF Bakery in the area. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease almost a year ago and have found it difficult to obtain GOOD bakery items. It has been a trial and error challenge. Thanks for being there. Will visit your store in Rochester soon.

Susan Weiss said: May 18th, 2011 8:22 am dear Donna Marie, what a wonderful delight to eat a slice of bread so incredibly delicious;wow, your recipe and result of your innovative baking experise is definitly food for thought.I am about to think of way I can inform school lunchrooms about your contribution toward making gluten free edibles.I am inclined to take this initiative because the consequences of being hungry, wanting the same things as everybody else is eating, blending in the peer group without a big label of "sicky" can override the rational brain that has been taught to say no to gluten.A bit of a bite can be quite a disaster. Your achievements of great breads and cookies etc. making the gluten free discipline easy to swallow. You will hear more from me,word of mouth, praise be you. Thank you again, susan weiss

carol said: January 15th, 2011 3:26 pm Have had your hamburger rolls, your sweet rolls and a couple of different cookies.. What a treat. I am so happy that gluten free products are becoming more and more available. I have had celiac for 22 years and the improvements, even in the pasta are huge. Do you sell pasta and if not will it be something perhaps in the future? sue chapman said: January 13th, 2011 12:14 pm looking forward to trying your products now that we have a celiac in our family.

The Gernon Family said: December 22nd, 2010 1:39 pm We're fans! We especially enjoy the cookies and muffins. Yum! Roni Lepore said: December 13th, 2010 9:55 am I was visiting Rochester, NY for the weekend to attend the Holiday Party. I googled for GF bakery and discovered your place. I came by to purchase some cookies. It was a smashing hit at the party as people couldn't believe that these cookies came from GF! I couldn't believe it myself either. I mentioned to some of locals about GF bakery and they were surprised to find out. Thank you for making it possible for us to enjoy your product!

Crystal said: December 6th, 2010 9:19 pm Thank you so much for opening a gluten free bakery! And for listing what products contain which allergens. I'm allergic to soy as well as wheat and so have been limited even in what gluten free products I can eat. None of the others taste anything at all like "real" bread and baked goods. So far I've tried your honey multigrain bread and blueberry muffins, and I am in heaven! You've given me back the joy of eating bread! Any chance in the future that you might also have soy free brownies (with walnuts) and cookies? Thanks again!

Lynn Howe said: December 5th, 2010 8:31 pm My GF dressing for Thanksgiving tasted better than the "regular/normal" dressing. Thanks!

Robert Miller said: December 3rd, 2010 11:12 am I live in Florida but was recently in town on a visit my family. I found your bakery on the Internet. I stopped in and tried your products including your cupcakes, carrot cake, cookies and breads. I can't tell you how surprised i was that everything tasted so normal. It was truely a shock. Rochester is lucky to have a bakery of this quality for the gluten free community. Any chance that you could open a store in Fort Myers. Maybe I'll have you ship me something. Thanks for all the great tastes!! R.M.

Emma Colier said: November 25th, 2010 8:55 pm I just made cutouts with your cookie dough and it was delicious. The directions were great and the extra flour that you give is really a nice idea. All I needed to worry about was my frosing and decorations. Thanks for such a delicious cookie and for the great idea of selling the dough. My kids thought it was so much fun!!

Dawn Callahan said: November 24th, 2010 3:50 pm The stuffing recipe is fantastic!! Flavorful, great texture. I added some of the honey-multigrain which gave it a very slight sweet taste which is really tasty, too. Thanks again for all the yummy treats and recipes!

Donna Ciardi said: July 21st, 2009 9:49 am I am soooooooo excited to come to your store!!!! After reading some of the feedback about your bread and rolls I am jonesing to get up there. A "real" slice of bread for a sandwich??? OMG...a hamburger on a roll????? HOLY SMOKES!!!!! I will be in HEAVEN!!!! YEAH!!! Thank you soooo, sooo much Donna Marie for creating such a place that isn't HOURS away from me (only 45 minutes!!). I am definitely going to try to make it up on a Friday, as that's the only time I will be able to make it. Are you going to think about some Saturday hours for those of us that do not live in the city? Perhaps you have to wait and see how business picks up first, but I would be ecstatic if you did! Thank you again!

Faye said: July 12th, 2009 9:41 am My 13 year old son was in heaven after visiting your shop and tasting your cookies and bread rolls. He actually had a "real hamburger" after 3 years. He has been so good when we eat in the fast food places about having his without a bun but now we can all dine on our food by "picking it up with our hands". THANKS
